If we discover a significant error affecting your order, we may contact you to resolve the issue.

All website content, including our branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other original content, may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

You agree not to use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, or to interfere with the operation or security of the store.

Purchases are also subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Cancellation Policy, including our policy allowing cancellations within 24 hours, returns requested within 14 days of delivery, and the $3.46 return processing fee for approved returns.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HappyTrinketHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
